Pet Peeve #2 - The Whisper
When it's totally quiet, and there's that one person, with the most annoying voice ever, and its in a hushed tone, which makes it that much worse, and you can hear the saliva jiggling around in their mouth, and they keep whispering, and thats all you can hear, and it's just extreamly annoying!
